Shipping and Processing

We process and ship orders from our Gilbert, AZ location Monday through Friday. 

 Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 


If you do not feel that your purchase from the Alam Ko website has lived up to your expectations simply return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unworn and unused condition. Our products are all handmade and therefore we consider variations in product sizes up to .25" from descriptions to be considered normal and not considered defective. Only regular priced items, purchased on the Alam Ko website may be returned.  Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 15 days of receipt. Alam Ko Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after this time. If items are reported within the 15 day time period and are damaged or lost in shipping Alam Ko will issue a product credit or replacement for the damaged items only, we do not issue refunds for damaged or lost items. Alam Ko will not replace or refund any items for any reason after 60 days from the original date of purchase.
